Introduction

Welcome to FTCO Consultancy Sdn Bhd.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our single vendor e-commerce application, so please read them carefully before using it. By using our application, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Definitions

Throughout these terms and conditions, the following definitions will apply:

 

“Application” refers to our single vendor e-commerce application.

“User” refers to anyone who uses our application.

“Seller” or “the Company” refers to FTCO Consultancy Sdn Bhd, the owner of the application who sells the Fast Track Service on the application.

“Buyer” refers to anyone who buys products or services on the application.

 

1. User Agreement

• The Fast Track Service, herein referred to as the “Service,” is a bespoke offering provided by the “Company,” aimed at expediting the procedural intricacies encountered by Buyer during their airport traversal, encompassing immigration, customs, and baggage handling processes.
• It is expressly elucidated that the Company’s involvement in the baggage handling process is limited solely to assisting Buyer in locating their baggage and does not extend to the physical handling or transportation of said baggage.
• While we facilitate and expedite these processes, we do not guarantee successful Customs or Immigration clearance for Buyers, as this is still subject to the immigration laws of Malaysia.

 

2. Products and Services

• We offer products and services for sale on our application, and we reserve the right to modify our products and services at any time.
• We make every effort to ensure that the product descriptions on our application are accurate and complete. However, we cannot guarantee that the information is always correct, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions as changes in Immigration or Customs policy changes in Malaysia can take place at any given time.
• Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Orders and Payments

• Buyer must provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.
• Payment must be received by Us before we will process the order.
• All sales are final unless the Buyer meets the refund policy.

 

4. Intellectual Property

• We own all intellectual property rights in our application, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Users may not use our application to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content on our application without our permission.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our application is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our application, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damages resulting from viruses or other harmful code.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for any products purchased through our application.

 

6. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate your use of our application at any time, for any reason.

 

7. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

 

8. Updates and Changes
   We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
