Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Buyer is eligible for a refund if they cancel their Fast Track Service booking within the stipulated cancellation period.
  • The cancellation period for a full refund is 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

 

1.2 Refund Process

  • To request a refund, Buyer must contact our Customer Service department via email or phone and provide their booking details.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking within 7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

 

1.3 Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made within the cancellation period are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made outside the cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

1.4 No-show Policy

Buyer who fails to show up for their scheduled Fast Track Service without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

 

1.5 Exceptions

In cases of flight cancellations or delays beyond the client’s control, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Buyer must provide evidence of the flight disruption to be eligible for a refund.

 

1.6 Refund Disputes

If Buyer believes they are entitled to a refund under the policy but their request is denied, they may submit a dispute to our Customer Service department for further review.

 

1.7 Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
